Such structures are, because of the quality of metal resistant to weather fluctuations and hazards of rain, hail, snow, frost, heat or fire. Such metal structures do not cause any unfavorable effect on the health of those harboring in them and are proper for dwelling purposes. In fact some harmful chemicals like asbestos and other pollutants like dust, suspended particles are not introduced in the atmosphere while constructing or demolishing metal made houses. The erection of metal building may or may not require skilled hands but if such requirement is there then it is the duty of the vendor to inform the same to the purchaser and charge for the same. The frequent use of these structures has led to a new set of standard form of contracts for purchasing metal buildings.
